Taco stuffed Pasta shells recipe

Materials:

• 20 jumbo uncooked pasta shells
• 1 1/2 lbs of beef.
• 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
• 1 jar salsa, divided
• 3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
• 1 cup mixed grated cheeses, Mexico

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. In a large skillet, brown beef until no longer pink and drain.
4. Stir in taco seasoning mix, 1 cup salsa and cream cheese. Stir around 1/4 cup of grated cheese.
5. Fill each shell with meat mixture of ground and place in a baking dish greasy. Top each shell with an extra drizzle of salsa.
6. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes to heat through.
7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, for about 3-5 minutes longer until cheese melts.
