Wow! Thanksgiving is this week and I can't believe I haven't posted recipes Thanksgiving yet! It is about time if you ask me. .. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays! I like to reflect on all I have to be thankful for in my life. I also love this holiday because my family got together to celebrate. I come from a line of great chefs and bakers. Everyone on my mother's side is very talented in culinary arts that means AMAZING food on the table! One of the side dishes my grandmother always carries is a Sweet Potato Casserole.
This is a recipe that came from her Cookbook {which he gave each of the grandchildren when they graduated high school}. I made this for my hubby last week and he said go on the list "hubby's favorite." he's serious about swallowing half a pot yourself! This recipe is so good and taking part You will not be disappointed!
