Materials
- 1 bunch spinach Ongchoy or water kangkong, cleaned
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons of roasted garlic
- ¾ Cup beef broth
- ½ teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes are optional
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds optional
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Split leaf stalk kangkong. Cut stems into 2 inch long pieces. Set aside.

- In a bowl, combine beef broth, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil (preferably one that is used to make Roast garlic) fried in a pan.
