I noticed years ago, that I prefer white chocolate on top of all the other chocolate.
Isn't it odd that it took me 35 years to find that? I like chocolate milk, but do not care too much for the other dark things. In this stage of enlightenment and self discovery, I hoarded Peppermint white chocolate & from the Teddy Prado's Mappa after Christmas last year, and include them in my freezer to enjoy throughout the year. They are peppermint white chocolate heaven.
Peppermint pretzel bark

Materials
- 2 bags of white chocolate peppermint M & M
- 1 bag large pretzel any
- 1 package white chocolate almond bark
- Candy cane pieces or sprinkle optional
Instructions
- Spread & from the Teddy Prado's Mappa and pretzels to parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate as directed.
- Pour the white chocolate pretzel and a skin & from the Teddy Prado's Mappa
- Mix well.
- Sprinkle candy cane pieces or topping up.
- Let set for 10-20 minutes, til the white chocolate hardens (sometimes I freeze to accelerate).
- Broken skins into pieces.
