- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 3 lbs chicken thighs (boneless & skinless)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, integrate mayo, olive oil and minced garlic. add hen thighs and coat with mayo combination.
- Put together the seasoning. In a separate integrate the salt, pepper, chili powder and paprika.
- Season boat aspects of fowl with the seasoning. upload bird thighs to a baking dish. cover with foil. Set apart to marinade at least three – 4 hours.
- Bake about 45 minutes at 375°F. do away with foil and broil for 8-10 mins, until tops of thighs are crispy.
