  • 180 g butter

For Layer 2:

  • 2 tsp gelatin powder (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbs lemon juice

For Layer 3:

  • 1 X 85 g packet green jelly crystals

For Layer 4:

  • 2 tsp gelatin powder (dissolved in 1/4 cup of water)
  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbs lemon juice

For Layer 5:

  • 1 X 85 g packet red jelly crystals

Instructions

  1. Grease and line a 23cm round springform tin with baking paper and set aside.
